That's Advertising

Post by Lightning Rod » July 13th, 2008, 2:42 pm

It was a Sunday and my work was done
thought I would kick back and watch
a little sports pornography

girl's beach volleyball is very popular
what's not to like about athletic girls in bikinis?
so, after a few minutes of admiring their long legs
and flat bellies and their suntanned skin
I noticed the tattoos, they all had tattoos

the closer I looked, and I was looking closely
I noticed that these were not actual tattoos
they were fake tattoos and they contained logos
these lovely girls are like stock cars in a NASCAR race
plastered with advertising
they are human billboards

back to your usual programming
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

yeah, this is gonna be a whole new opportunity for strippers
VISA or EXXON-Mobil rents the left cheek or the right tit for a night
removable tats
if you want a permanent one, it's more

I don't know
I would rather read a logo on a nice tit than on a billboard or a business card
do I betray my vulgarity?

this was responsible for the success of coca-cola
the logo was on the bottle
and that original glass bottle was so sexy
shaped like a woman

of course after they hook you with the sex
it's just cans and plastic bottles.....haha

my reference is to the advertisers manipulating the canvas of human desire, not a judgement on normal hormonal reaction.

marketing has always been about sex, westie
and you are right, if there is anyplace lower that they could go
they would go there

Step right up!
Sex for gas!
It pays to advertise......

Here's hoping they will run it into the ground and have to start over.

would it be sex for gas or gas for sex?
I suppose it depends on who is selling and who is buying

here is the rub
if your product is sex, and you are selling it outright, that's an honest transaction.
But if you are using sex to sell another product and the sex is not available but only advertised, then we get into the bait and switch area.

We all sell our bodies in some form or another. I guess for advertising space is as good as any other.
