Hypnotize

Waves crash.
Again. No imagination.
The sounds of repeat.
Line up the ripples.
I see swinging objects.
Shiny ones and contracts.
They follow me around,
vulnerable like me.
"Hypnotize me"
If you reach that fork,
the whole thing disappears.
It was all so sudden.

if u can be still enough on a beach you will see that the sand is moving grain by grain all around you. the ocean may be a bore but the core is liquid.
i like how your poem makes me feel. understood in a weird way.

Perfect. I'm in a weird way. U are what U eat. U are what U draw.
I forgot to mention the liquid aspect of repetition. It flows.
Actually, I have no clue what I'm talking about.
I should do something about that.
Maybe.

it's not that I think hypnotism doesn't exist, that was Houdini
I think 'hypnotic' suggestion is a very powerful thing
it has nothing to do with swinging watches though
it is something that we do to ourselves
we become hypnotized by anything that we 'believe'
if someone says to you, "you have a big nose," or "so-and-so is an SOB," if you believe it, you have been hypnotized.
Some people are more suggestible than others.

there is something hypnotic about this whole thread.
i haven't got a clue what it really is but the hypnotic thing is here.
i'd better leave it right now. no telling what may happen if i stay.

They follow me around,
vulnerable like me
these lines reminded me the Tomlinson´s insistence of things (in my own words

)
sea-effect: somehow hypnotic but without precise reasons or purposes (at least in my mind! ), and so beautiful (also in my mind

).
I liked the poem, mnaz!

the ocean makes me meditate i am a grain of sand a wave a fish in the sea wash away the cobwebs with a breeze hypnotising me vulnerable and free and sometimes it's all just my imagination playing games with me...
