Seems pretty darn obvious to me

Post by Doreen Peri » August 14th, 2008, 12:00 pm

It's become quite evident, it's in the air.
You don't like me, and I don't care.

it's become pretty obvious, it's in your care,
you feed me tea and tint my air

It doesn't take a scholar to figure it out.
I grate on your nerves, I have no doubt.
It's become quite evident, it's in the air.
You don't even care for my auburn hair.

auburn hair curved past in a curl
the moon caught sight and his light unfurled
his shining blue light and her auburn hair
a match made in heaven - such a beautiful pair

No match made in heaven, no match made at all.
You don't like me, it's easy to call.
It's written with exhaust from a skywriter's fumes.
It's written on the walls of your underground tomb.

You don't like me. So what? Oh well.
Who gives a shit? So long. Farewell.

There's nothing to cry about, can't you see?
You don't like me, so now we're free.
No tears needed, it's true, you know.
Best to move on and let it go.

I found the rainbow,
chased it 'round the block,
set my camera up,
took a shot

pointed it at me
with the rainbow in the back

and in the sky, i saw the
jet plane fumes
writing on the sky
like in an empty room

(no explanation,
but oh so clear)
it read like a trap,

"Yes, you're right. It's true.
I don't like you, my dear.
So what? What's new?"

I read it and thought,
ohmygod, this ain't fair

but hey..... to whoever wrote that crap,
all I can say is I really didn't care.
