cecil...i wrote this after a period of hurting and suddenly one day i thought about all this negative energy i was sending into the universe. because i expected a certain outcome and it didn't happen like that... how sad. and i'm not saying don't hurt...just...sometimes we need to let go. you know...

MJ, this is read like a song of connectedness and mutual kindness. We are indeed all connected and should make every effort to treat each other kindly. Whoever said "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me," didn't know what he was talking about. Your poem is a gentle reminder from the Goddess which men and women would do well to heed.
