couldn't sleep last night for the 4th night in a row.. i was a zombie tossing and turning with too many stressful topics on my mind...

so instead of continuing to try, at 2:30am I got up and poured myself a glass of Harvey's Bristol Cream. I'd totally forgotten it was here and then remembered... ohhh... I have some medicinal liquor in the house. I thought it might help, and it did! After i sipped about 3/4 of the glass, I began to get sleepy and was grateful so I wrote Harvey a tribute ...

then got myself 2-3 hours of sleep before I had to get up and go to work.

Harvey saved the day! If it wasn't for him, I would have gone to work with no sleep at all.
