De-Peak

Post by hester_prynne » May 11th, 2009, 11:30 pm

Graceful de-peak
in the monster stage.
My want for peace
is disabling.
Slowin up my wheels.
No U-turns.
It's all downhill
from here.
Walkin sideways,
palms out,
fronded,
for balance.
Looking back,
is uninteresting.
Up ahead,
there still
might be a dream.
"I am a victim of society, and, an entertainer"........DW

lookin within, there's a dream
a fat, luscious dream
it's got wings and berries
sound effects and pearly earrings
twinkling in the mind

Beauty and grace
even among monsters.
"palms out,
fronded,
for balance".
Love that.

dreams are we have at times, to keep us breathing, eating, drinking,
the possibility of something better than this can be a great motivator.....the fantasy perhaps better than the reality when we actually achieve it, but then there is a new dream.....enjoyed, hester

"my want for peace

...on so many levels for me...as always with reading you, hester.

Don't laugh but I see a crab walking sideways. I think it must be the influence of Constatine's poem. I'm not sure how it can see forward or backward.
