why can't we be an enlightened society

free the university system

there's a co-relation between the cost of education
and crime in society

so free education (college and university)
equates to less crime in society

why can't we be an enlightened society?

Because we're forced to be sheepish slaves to the system, no time for enlightenment, that is the coda of the ones we let lead us......
