Something I wrote while reflecting on the 4th of July...............

“We as Individuals,” amidst the many have voluntarily come together without coercion regarding this declaration for independence. The words herein are directed to all people individually, regardless of a person's allegiance to a particular collective society, nation or group; all words that follow, will only be deemed final related to the purpose pertaining to the establishment of our collectivity of cooperative individuals and its basic precepts of organization.

Foremost as a collectivity of cooperative individuals, we are a people of individuals; henceforth and beforehand voluntarily agreed upon as individuals about an ideal of liberty, our ideal of liberty will be expected to yield the fruits of individual choice, freedom and "self" responsibility. And furthermore “We as Individuals” mutually agree that our ideal of liberty will be placed to the forefront of our allegiance and therein remain to assure its rational and intelligent progression.

Solely out of necessity lacking a foresight as to a viable alternative, a process of governance will be allowed in a limited capacity to regulate the distribution of power within our collective cooperative of individuals. Regardless the constitution this government will form or any unforeseeable condition befalling our people, despite any influences by a majority or a minority inside or outside this collectivity of cooperative individuals, government’s primary intent will not change. Government is to regulate the distribution of power by firstly preserving and even defending from harm if appropriate, our people’s individual rights related to the ideal of liberty that organized this union.

Liberty is the spirit bringing “We as Individuals” together; it is the blood nourishing our allegiance as a collectivity of cooperative individuals; it is the life breath that will sustain the soul of our people by encouraging their individual "self" growth to be one that's voluntary in manner. Liberty nurtured in an intelligently progressive way through each individual shall hopefully lead to a diverse and rich ethnicity within our people; even though such a rich diversity of individualism will be advantageous, it may also cause complexity and many perplexing situations that will test our ideal of liberty to the fullest. Quite possibly at that time, “We as Individuals” will more fully understand this ideal of liberty and will utilize the "self" discernment obtained from living the freedoms and choices of its experience. If so, “We as Individuals” may be able to create and then contribute the novel alternatives necessary, which will continue our progression intelligently as a collectivity of cooperative individuals and sustain its overall existence.

The expectation inherent in this declaration requesting others to make allowance for concerning our voluntary independence as a collective cooperative of individuals; we as a collectivity of cooperative individuals, will also honor the same and make allowance for regarding any other collective cooperative of individuals not similar to our own. Any relationship our collectivity of cooperative individuals cultivates with another will be centered on a reasonable amount of "self" contribution by each party involved; furthermore, we will withdraw from any relationship incurring an over-reliance of one party upon the other or any party being placed in the role of liberator in relation to another. Our collectivity of cooperative individuals desires as much as possible a free exchange with other individuals that comprise a collective cooperative by staying open to an array of philosophies and opinions within the communication process; hopefully, these relationships built on this type of premise, will lead to a mutual progression intelligently for all concerned as to "self" growth, "self" efficiency and "self" preservation.

As before mentioned, all words herein stated, will only be deemed final related to the purpose pertaining to the establishment of our collectivity of cooperative individuals and its basic precepts of organization. Regardless of whether other individuals and/or any other collective cooperative of individuals acknowledge or validate, find deficiency within or doubt the realization of the intent related to this declaration for independence; “We as Individuals,” will not be deterred in accordance with our voluntary ideal of liberty, which compels us together as a collectivity of cooperative individuals.

Some more reflecting on the 4th of July

freedom I am

if I am used to justify fighting for the cause
by infusing my spirit to motivate a loyal support
all for the act of securing the honor of my ideal
if this be the intention, please heed this caution
don't defame my integrity with half told truths
nor restrict my activity as some guise for safety
never forget the rebelliousness within my nature
freedom I am, a reckoning force used for liberty
wisely employ me or the contrary may take place
causing a spirit of defiance not one being united

"The concept of freedom hones any belief system that allows its existence."
"Freedom for all restricts freedom in general as currently defined."
"Freedom to live as we like with regard to others doing the same seems noble."
"A free society seems more susceptible to terror but the alternatives seem far worse."
"The road to freedom although problematic seems better than not being on the journey at all." "If the natural ebb and flow of society becomes too restrictive it may eventually deteriorate."
"In the overall process of freedom it seems the individual and the group may both have a right to it."

power of the people

power of the people, an assertion like this has been proclaimed
when the people stand together, the conditions tend to change
no matter if right or wrong, it’s the majority having a consensus
yet the few try to enlighten the many in the error of this way
possibly motivated out of concern or to gain power and control
claiming the people have some bias blinding overall discernment
and to avoid mob rule, some entity or mediator needs to oversee
overtime this makes the people complacent and self-distracted
the people too busy living the life to offset the power of the few
until this self-imposed imprisonment becomes way to restrictive
wherein evoking again the power of the people to set them free

"The so-called power of the people tends to be a force utilized and/or restricted depending on the consensus of society."

done reflecting about the 4th of July, at least for today

right to choose

the right to choose what's best for me seems right if myself deems it appropriate
do I need to know what affect my choices may have upon others, sure I need to know
will others resist my right to choose; well maybe, all have the right to choose if I do
should I worry what others think of my choices; I guess so, but I won't feel any guilt
if I believe in choice, I then may choose not to impose my right of choice upon others
why cause a stink about another’s choice, if I don’t desire that happening to my choices
and yet, my choices may be what’s needed to guarantee the right to choose for all others

“For those that choose to limit my choices I say, get over it; regardless of your judgments against me; I still exist, living contrary to your choices and your proclamations that I'm an idiot for not following them.”

Yes. Don't tread there for too long-- defamation via plastic "patriotism" and lies... And who was it who said those who would trade liberty for "security" deserve neither?

Having gotten those things off your chest must certainly have given you a breathe of new found freedom... yes?

Freedom without responsibility is not as freeing as it may assert nor is responsibility without ensuring freedom a responsible enough motive.
