You said I'm the one making all the choices here
and that I won't like the outcome.
A hollow threat, as I already don't like the outcome,
and really have only one choice available to me:
leave;
cut my losses before it hurts me too much,
though it already has hurt me too much.

Truth in that. Seems like we've all been there at some point along the way.
