I'd Love To Forget Your Lateness

Post by K&D » July 29th, 2009, 12:46 am

I can no longer look much less leer.
I’ve bared the sight of your likeness
More then drowned in your lateness

I’m ready to be on your payroll
Eager to impress, often over dressed.

Your wanton ways are warring
On my thinly grained patience
The only thing left feigning

Don’t play with my hair
Anymore, we can’t stay in this lair.

You fixed my clock dear.
After the battering maybe even during
I know what I am, What I’ve done

Know what I’m capable of
Amazed though in need of heeling

You new test strip, Will I forever compare
Their lovelessness to your incomparable likeness
Your likeness, I feign to remember

The body smarter then this romantic
This time keeps me from imagining you

I’d rather not forget,
I’d rather not but maybe not now,
maybe I don’t want to know

And hope that with nostalgia
Memory, it will all come floating in

Until then, untill then
I’ll spare the vision of you likeness
In return for forgetting you lateness
Blah!
