I've known poets who could
kill me with their rhyme,
murder a metaphor with
an unsuitable phrase,
annihilate a simile
time after time
in various ways,
murder the language
with misused words
in an attempt to be
subliminal.
Sometimes it's
absolutely criminal.

I'm sure i've been criminal.... more than once
