with each breath
i travel
to become more than
society dictate
my world transforms
as i walk the paths of my ancestors
sun light shining upon my forehead
i must keep the path clear
for those coming
i have not forgotten
a pleasure and pain
strongly clasped together
the struggle continues
timeless
hand in hand
the storm heralds
on nigh

well, that's about it, isn't it?
to become more than society dictates, a precarious mix I suppose,
since what I seek to transcend provides so much of my existence too.
balancing act, no doubt.. a sort of circle..
