Cowardice and Courage Defined

Post by Michael » January 6th, 2005, 7:31 pm

Paper tigers conceive intrusive onslaught.
Sovereignty seized by false liberation.

Collateral damage generates corporate collateral,
sweetens sludge oozed into campaign cups.

Profiteers practice treasonous patriotism,
tediously tabulating extorted crimson carnage.

Throngs answer need ads, blanket streets
with demonstrations contesting combat.

I like your subject
you'ld make a good prince\

I will refer back to this one....made a similar notion in my poem "love the 4f hippie c.o."
a conscienrious objector to war
is not a wimp,
(not necessarily a pacifist)
just being conscientious
objectively.
but yours is thorough
and am grateful, friend.
Inaugeration daze to day
the repukeblik in
all its splednor.

well your poem
is very creative
and
after all
the creativity
is what keeps us sane and happy
and gives us life,
my friend.
