How to find God

Post by Doreen Peri » October 18th, 2009, 11:22 pm

I always look for her
under the sheets where the
repeat mantra of love makes
itself evident, where the touch
of a hand-held bluff, focused on
a skin stroke makes her seem more
alive, where the strive of a presence
makes it more evident that she is
actually there with me, where the
perceived recognition of a landscape
drapes itself over consciousness
and not, where the dot on the map
of the soul and perhaps the very whole
energy itself has on being (because
what else IS this if it isn't being yanno?)

and so......
that's when i look for her,
where ever i go, however she fits
into me and he also, i look for him
and remember how he came into me
with all his sexual energy, My God!
My GOD! I loved him so and still do

and so I want him again and I am the she,
me, on my knees begging to connect, him
(in retrospect) wishing he had given me
the dynamic, the trust, the just jurisdiction,
the decision-making, the taking of a will,
the spill of a heart, the very part of knowledge
we all must connect to!

And he/she recommended I write this to the
very perplexed view you must have, state
my case, explain my view,
from me to you
and here it is.

I love her.
I love him.
Nothing about God is dim
or otherwise unseen.

That's how I reach him.
That's how I reach her.
In betweena
the confusion,
we find ourselves.

Wealth is knowledge, as such.
Much needed is the touch of
on the physical plane.
Much needed is the gain of
a question and answer.

I am a word dancer.
This is my reply.

I AM God. We all are.
Lie not and you will be free.
I am so pleased to have him/her
within me.
Everything I see
finds Us.

We are here.
And there you are.

Aww Doreen, I loved every minute of this.
`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!

Extremely six flags thrill ride...
anticipation...white knuckles...
zero G's...(the perplexed line), then
the brakes, ride over.

This sounds like Roger Waters on the
pros and cons of hitchhiking album.

Awesome D

Existential wisdom and a beat. Good combo, always. Enjoyed the read, Doreen.

Note: I really wanted to say, "turn left at the gas station" in response to the "How to Find God" thread over on AC, but that would be a little crude-- so.... uh, no. Maybe next time...

give me that new-time religion, it's good enough for me.....a creative romp through spirituality, doreen...with keen insight and sexy language to carry it along.....
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
