"After I'm dead I'd rather have people ask why I have no monument than why I have one." - Cato The Elder

You ask the burning questions,
the why-am-I, who-am-I, as all ask,
the intention to clarify purpose
and reason, our seasons all too brief,
our chief obligation felt to document
the presence of our breath ...

I can attest that there are no
valid answers, no one can know whether
what they have shown of their soul will
take hold to live on its own after
the final exhale.

But there's no way we will have failed
if we have had love to share and scatter.
The rest of it doesn't even matter.

a perfect breath
exhale, release the love
inhale, accept the joy
then do it again

Indeed.
I decided...How long ago was it? I've forgotten...that I want this on my tombstone:

I came.
I saw.
I loved.

Peace & Love,
Barry

Too many questions... but one thing I believe is that the soul can
only either (exist) or ( not exist)... the cause of either being the
sole responsibility of
the one which causes all to exist... or not.

And this-here answer has no equal...

if we have had love to share and scatter.
The rest of it doesn't even matter

Thankx
Great thoughts Doreen

Doreen, how can we fail if we sow the seeds of love? You pose the question so well. And even if we can't answer the most pressing questions of life we can love one another.
