and I ain't saying that's a bad thing
to be positive and all that
just sayin' that no matter what

the hours drag
like banshee musical notes
just creepers some days
a stake bound for glory

cells languish for nourishment
the xylophone only tinkles encouragement
but the vibe is unstoppable
the voices cry out, roll baby roll

keep up that motion
early in the morning
late at night, just roll baby
let the music wrap you up

in a blue blanket of hope
let the blues bathe you, just keep
it movin', rollin', wrapped
in the unique music in your head
