Ohhh... that's great! I love the image of the typed poem and the recording was a trip! ... those echoed voice-over tracks... very cool!
I love it!
I liked the poem, too... the end line.. about the kitchen being a fucking mess and the closing of the letter... "in seedless regret"... Hah!
More!

I finally got it! A new genre of poetry by mindbum.
Okay, mindbum, Doreen is right -- I love to tag alone on her comments, ´cause she says just what I feel. Sue♥

i dont know if it's a new genre. there've long been epistolary poems.

self. better judgement. roommate.
all the same when it comes to the kitchen table.
thanks for reading gandsuch. glad ye enjoyed it. the problem with the fact that the bananas we eat, the cavendish, have no seeds is that they can be reporduced vegetatively but not pollenationally. therefore putting the cavendish in danger. bananas as we know them are in danger. chew on that.

perhaps we need a holiday for this Amerigo Mackerel......this fishy discoverer of kitchen things......no matter how I try, some bananas always seem to go this route......if they're not far along I try to recycle them into a smoothie......love the typed poem...

glad ye enjoyed the poem. there's another further down the queue called 'nature' i might recommend.
