muchas gracias, rr, judih and artguy... it brings me a smile to receive these replies for this poem, which some of you may know i've done in the past but not this year, if memory serves me.

Took me a couple of minutes of staring at it to finally get it. to deal with it on some intellectual level I still can not say exactly why it pleases my eyes and ears. A "poem painting" I guess the best description I can think of too. I like the title a lot too.

thx,
wired... your "spring, sprang, sprung" is reminiscent of an older art piece i did. '
thanks for the memories....'

gracias, amigo... using words like one would use color has been an interest to me for awhile now. i guess poem painting is an accurate description. i like it! the title was inspired by nothingness.
