my only addictions
my convictions
to express myself
to share my abilities
my creativity
I have plenty in me
so much so
it flows free
seeps from my pores

I'll share it
it's yours

if I can inspire
create in you a fire
that spreads higher
consuming the universe
things could have been worse

I could have allowed
the tragedies
in which my life was cursed
to suffocate the gift
that is
me

It can always be worse. Another poem from you that sits with me for awhile and makes me reflect and brings so much ink out of my pen.
