Misery Unfolds

The story of us
has already been told
even centuries old

Romeo and Juliet
we are not

lovers
neither of us
require
desire
anything more palatial
than one another

you
my every breath
without you
I can bare
nothing more than death

I call your bluff
simply had enough

on this day
your stubborn silence
seals our fate

for us
it's too late
I will never know
your silence
is nothing more
than
your selfish games
that I hate
