i used to try to make the morning go
with a an automatic cup of joe

now i guess
there is no more stress

i can get up
do my evening dishes
and wait
no unusual comments
are spoken to me
this early
no coffee tastes better than the one
i make for myself
no more lies are stirred in with the creme
i get to have my coffee dream
