what can be written about my sleepless state
wanting something better so i can relate

very short, but very sweet......i too cannot sleep when something is eating at me....which happens less frequently these days....so here's hoping your insomnia is short lived...

Clutching this blackness
like a pillow to my chest
while I toss and turn.

Hopefully, folks, this insomnia will quit and all will "sleep, perchance, to dream"...
As for me, I have "sleep apnea" so I have to use a C.P.A.P. machine at
night...so I am very sympathetic...
