free on credit

Post by saw » April 18th, 2011, 2:26 pm

they institutionalized her

doesn't sound too bad, does it
it's the PC way that families use,
when they really want to say,
Oh, you didn't hear
she's in the nut house

they put her on a weight loss diet
it was called Thorazine and Shocks
let her watch plenty of TV
this is how she learned to trick them
when her shrink asked her how she felt

she told him she had an uncontrollable urge
to buy things with plastic cards

they released her
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Great poem...sad but accurate. Only God protects the elderly.
