excited

Post by the mingo » April 29th, 2011, 2:49 am

excited by words. too excited maybe. is there such a thing? too excited I mean?

brain blows up. woman sings.
du ya think ya could make your mind out after your brain blows up?

let that woman sing, boys, it just takes me away somewhere warm & vulnerable & special. someplace beyond the reach of the post office & email & facebook and creditors and poems and toilet paper.

a roast beef sandwich is a thing mundane to the lovers of dead bird meat.

wilderness cattle painted on the walls of wild caves.
is it a poetic thing to long for thirty thousand years ago ? I'd hope for that not to be the truth.
if it's only to be just a matter of poetics than I'd just as soon be working at the car wash.
soap on soap off rinse towel dry

the woman that sings says do you still love me? I say Baby, honey is the only food what never spoils.
Listen ! Lover, can ya hear the drums?
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

I like the electric stream, it's provocative in all the right ways...keep'em comin'
