The more I learn about haiku ...

...the more profound and demanding they become, to both poet and reader. A haiku is a poem of few syllables (much argued as to number, won't get into that) which tells a story that the reader must decipher, using his or her imagination.

NEW HAIKU AS OF 5-20-11

provocative moon
whispering half told secrets
pale clouds veil her eyes
