why?

all my questions, all my dreams
came apart at the seams
there once was a moment in time
when all these things
were taste and lime
today=i walk away
done
the peace i need
is not surrounded by angry past
my light was built to last
the same questions i once had
are gone and lost
and very sad
the place in me
that loved so strong
turns out i was all wrong...
the places i had to go
only served a bigger glow

what is not illusion will remain the same,
no matter from where or whom it came,
and the truth inside is for you to decide,
without the doubt and without the blame

the key to healing in my mind is forgiving yourself, often a difficult hill to climb....this poem is a testimony to healing I'd say, it gives hope that it is possible to find a calm place to settle into....nice job c-soul.......

Thanks.. I dunno is my process is clear.. Certainly anger and blame are part of this process.. Until finally- a person can "see" another perspective- the other piece of that--- is good writing and poetry(for me) has guts- if it is too "sweet"perhaps it seems unreal to me- every lesson has a purpose- so once again- thank you!
