I know this won't matter
to you we are lost,
to me I'm just floating,
in a house for the lost,
it's your heart I miss,
you were my home,
and I was your house,
two lives so entangled,
now torn apart,
two Gifts in the middle,
to swing to and for,
as lives once entwined,
now fallen apart,
farewell to the laughter,
the snuggles and such,
all echoes of sorrow,
happiness lost.
