I was just thinking at this table

the universe is stable, in fact
we are a seething maelstrom
of subatomic particles fleeting ,
popping in and out of existence
the measurement of their physical
properties uncertain at best,
meaning we cannot know both
the energy and the lifetime of a particle
which tells us a subatomic event
occurring within a tiny frame involves
an uncertain amount of energy

When Einstein theorized that E=mc2
that meant all elementary particles interact
with other quantum particles which appear
out of nowhere demonstrating that this
subatomic tango, however brief, when added
across the universe gives rise to enormous
energy, more than is contained in all
the matter in the world, Did you ever
wonder whether gravity and magnetism
could be linked ?
