this photo is
a poem with dead horse
mom says it's not a sham
tiny birdbots occupy world war one
& i have it on good authority that this poem
was separated from its twin at birth so that
both could grow up to be test-fired missiles
in case anyone should mistake intent

free speech, anyone?

thing about this world is
whatever you clean don't stay clean
you have to keep cleaning it
and even after all that
you can't take it with you

and who would want to ?

so here we are bopping & a droppin'
one thing 'bout slavery is
you can never tell where
it will raise it's head and
just because nothin' here is free
is not the same as sayin' you have to
earn it to end up with it

ask Geronimo
he tried to go down swinging &
spent the last couple of decades
of his life chained & in a cell

don't know what kind of triumph
that would be but still something
to be so old a prisoner
and still be so feared
even in chains

it's not the man that freezes the blood
never the man
it's the spirit that chills out our bones

& dead horse be damned

ENDINGS-ARE SOMETIMES NEW BEGINNINGS-WITH PURPOSE- IT IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE- IF ALL YOU CAN DO IS DONE

sometimes I just get stubborn so I did not Google it
so I guess I probably got no idea what this poem is
about.

thanks for the poetry I can use Steve, not much I can say, I think you covered it.
