run over at the frontier
you can view the body
arrows sticking out of its toe bones
if you go searching for rhythm
don't forget the slaughter of cows
boots in the blood
we don't need a candidate
but a viable leader
someone who's got all of us
in mind but money
changes hands
and the land cries
o i never had a daughter
and the wind blows when i remember
you are dead
