it's not good
to die before
you've told
your story
... not good to put too much stock in anything
before breakfast .. before your great dead grandmother shows up
and begins talking to you just as your toast pops
- oh, you think she has left?
Nobody leaves ... you knew that, right?
not while the wind
is still blowing around
the Pharohs are still with us
King Solomon too
and flying horse gas stations
where your windows get cleaned
and your oil is checked
this poem has '59 cadillac fins
hello june cleaver - all those legs of yours
all across the front seat
o right to the moon
myself, I'd like to see another ice age come 'round
nothing like a whambam ice age to liven things up
the last one was good for the graphic arts especially
