the alkali almighty

adrift in the alkali almighty
a necklace of dogsleds around my throat
ancient escapades of aftermath
my ammo of choice
towards future asteroid autopsies
every day a borderline
every day full of
stupendous sensations
like the small stones that press
into my bare feet
and me just standing there
feeling that
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
