snap, crackle and pop

Post by creativesoul » July 15th, 2012, 4:44 am

the little thoughts had legs
they ran away from anything with a shadow
the seas were rolling in sweet waves
the spooky things lay under the bed
the brides of many men
waited on the beach
for the ship that never arrives
the fantasy of white picket fences wore thin
became the leggings on an old woman at a bus stop
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
