except Antarctica

Post by the mingo » January 13th, 2013, 5:09 pm

the shadow exclaimed a rocket sunday
invoked in the manner of a leftover negro
available balloons for a rebooted disease
you want them to just come rolling, the words
but other times you have to dig & lift & drag
it's like the earth is saying,
"Even if the fog comes you will still
be here for awhile so you might as well dig me.
Your grandfathers knew how. Every beginning is false,
is the standard procedure."

such is the medicine available
the load of loneliness never ceases
it is a gift of God

man cannot lift the curse of existence
and there are used car dealers everywhere
except antarctica
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

Rowing in the middle
and shocked by the iced beast
in the... standing before me
started eyes blocked in ice.

I think he might know me,
may know my name.

I remember a Christmas
that he gave me ice-skates.
`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!

sweet snowflakes on my eyelashes- rainbow prisims coming off the glaciers
sweetness
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
