smaller increments

measure the distance in time
smiles hacked into my computer
delete
that suave public figure sickness
dripping off the silver tongued
get real
here is the deal
straight up

the mystery caught in my throat-
listening carefully to the words
which are meaningless
in action
intention
and imagination was intended
for the few that will not take
but give what is on the inside
the papers
the law
the lies
her eyes had been bleeding for days
those images were full of trickery
photos reeling from stark raving madness
sandpaper feet went quietly accross the places she should not go
but what she saw and heard
loosened up the ways
of past deeds
weight of the present= been dragging on the past
some things will not last
keep it fresh

weight of the present= been dragging on the past
beware the present, it creates the past

i beg to differ- the past has a great deal to do with the present- because how WE DEAL WITH THE PAST ia part of the gifts of the present- 8)

IMO, to differ is the only way...
memory affects most of what we
create at the present... which
instantly changes into a past,
as it happens...
but the past can be changed,
its facts, feelings, and even
its whole meaning can collapse,
or explode, if you add or subtract
one point of truth of a past action
or occurrence.

a double life, lasts half its time,
it's hard to hang on to the moment,
and easy to hang in the memory, but
it is not a self-punishing offence,
as a present that becomes a past
is unbalanced by default...
actions, attached to a concept of
a right/wrong expression is myth,
the two are one and live in peace

the four directions point to you

i appreciate the energy you have put out there in response- although i cannot really vote for the viewpoint- liked the line'double life lasts half the time' explains quite a bit

a difference of opinion
is not a matter truth,
as truth itself is opinion

it is spice, sprinkled on
the varity of life

I'm glad we can disagree

"a double minded man is 'unstable' in all his ways"

The adjective, akatastatos, is found in Isaiah 54:11 in the Septuagint, “O, afflicted one, storm-tossed and not comforted.” In the New Testament, this word is found twice, both in the book of James. In James 3:8, the tongue is a “restless evil.” It is more unruly than the horse and mule, which are without understanding, who are kept in and governed, and turned any way by the bit and bridle. Though in nature the tongue is “double-fenced” by the lips and teeth, this is not sufficient to restrain it. Nothing but the grace of God can control it.

'akatastatos'
Never was a man more double minded than me
but that is probably just my vanity.

thanks for writing creative soul
I appreciate the insight

never heard that word before- and well i went and asked about the
'four directions pointing at me' with an elder or two and a full blood- not - NOT- THAT IS error- the four directions bring from OUTSIDE to inside- ----the final frontier- and agreements as any native will tell you- HAVE BEEN BROKEN---

Forget the directions then, (perhaps it was a little vague)...

Just thought you'd want to know.
