as if time disappears into a twilight offering of long walks
next to the sound of the tidal ocean
in bare feet to explain the rolling sensation of words
caressing like soft kisses in the evening's sun
as if the moment created itself out of reason
to lay next to you in the tall grass and count the stars of night
and to wake
