winter at the door

Post by the mingo » November 22nd, 2013, 10:01 am

the end of the book
a lutanist altimeter
spayed to prevent being a ghost baby
with a haircut & forever weatherstripped eyes
most the autumn i been workin' out of the python seminary
but the bombed-out cathy in the basement
got to be to much for me as the days passed
so now i got my road on
lookin' for a spot
whose patron saint
is a fireplace window
as any sane first-person plural would do
with winter at the door
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

it's usually the best move, to hit the road when we discover

there is a "bombed-out cathy in the basement".........great visual on that one..... 8)
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

nice window-warm fire- nice
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
