that shit gets to me - "smaller increments" -
beagles in my bubbles -
i'm putting out clouds while the dog is perched on the couch licking his paws
bridges in the mist - maker man - beagles in my bubbles
thunderstorm over the old schoolhouse in the age just after the golden age of jazz -
- no last plane out - no flood - nobody thought to die of too much pie -
i could stagger the pauses -
- the last whiskey in the last glass -
- the last lightbulb in the trash -
i could be a plastic lizard in a cape on the shelf over the stove
or the plastic indian standing next to him
lance held up shield held out
done in deep dark blue -

increments come in sizes you know... small, medium and large depending on how expressive we choose.

those increments that are large are really no bigger that the others but are called 'large' because cinema popcorn comes in sizes, but each kernel is the same size, always. it's how much we need or want to invest in our increments that make the difference.

now, your post here, el mingo, is what i'd call a large increment, covering several topics in one breath as if you allowed your consciousness free reign ... no fences... just Go!...soc,man...

... and it is good, good for you, good for your increments of all sizes and especially pleasurable for yours truly, moi (i took the incremental word from the French!).
