dachau fingers

Post by wylde » September 13th, 2004, 7:40 am

.

rough sperms
of the prophets i

undresses hessian skins
in brittle litters of chasten husks

fleas of disparity nit
gnaw
groping fingers thru the door
each nail
hammered in shouts rouged to the floor

withdraw. or paint. a word is slanted.
shells contain necks extended
beyond withered tortoise pretensions

an oiled abscess of healing
throbs a heavy reclusive sigh
bitten bristles of thorned
bled thistles edible flawed gristles
nylon nettles of porcelain skittles

hang ur truths on crossed eyes

throw down ur possessions
stirring ur coffee
with dachau fingers
hold the crisp in a soggy embrace

how many blankets unknitted
and re-woven by bored trigger fingers

a trojan of listermints foul breaths
on wings of broken beaks

throw down ur possessions

there is a lately coming
of eucharists
along the malls of solitude
and plug in flowers

in glass only as deep
as mirrored reflective layers

spitting broken teeth
with anklets of hollow

hold my hand lucky tongue faerie
flashing that exposed brazen
look
full of bleats from an unboiled kettle
drum
hair purrs in cuddled laps

bring me back to yesterday
your time

held in curled banana leaves
of longing

there are sleeping dragons
with u there

mount their flames
trickling along ur leg
kissing
enflamed fortress fortitudes
unlocked

welcome aboard Wylde
I'll be looking forward to more of your excellent work

(like this piece)
I can just hear the lilted burr of your voice reading it.
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

a lilted burr, clay?

one more element to add to the mosaic of words/associations
dimensions in a cut-up revolving door of language

judih

while you are here, let me ask. Exactly how much time difference is between you and us. We are planning an online poetry write and we're trying to figure out what time is best. 6:00PM Eastern is ? in Israel?

And then that puts Panta an hour earlier?

and where do Sierra and Wylde fit in?

I'm a ditz at geography
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

clay
israel is 7 hrs ahead of NY time
panta is 6 (i think)
england is 5

south africa is probably the same as israel - it might depend how far east the sierra/wylde group have chosen to set down stakes.

3 pm new york time sounds good to me

texas would be 1 p.m. right?
california an hour earlier

unless someone pulls the plug on the net and then we'll be forced to step out of this dimension and meet in astral time

judih

you popped into my meditation the other day
and I was wondering just what the time diff was
and from the times that I usually see you online
I thought, "Judih must either an insomniac or an earlybird."

I guess this is why they call it Mean Time
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

judih - thankee. mindpaintings kinda look pretty in my head. even when not.

btw. right now i think we in sa are about 7hrs ahead of east coast usa time. we dont have daylight savings here. so if that changes for u there add or minus to the 7. i think judih is also on sa time but not certain. may vary an hour ot two.
