the kind of thing rant and jingle
full of vexative expletives
and scatological scariness

incantations of dark characterizations
full profound disinterest in anything
professorial

or instructive

more like conjuctives
and how things are joined

like shadows and salient salacious
sloopings and scoopings

sloppily stagnant and salutative
slurpings

the kind of poem
that has one think and believe
not only as a complete waste of time
and energy

but more of and also
why you bothered to read it all

but of course

you have to live it before
you can realize it

the realization is always
an afterthought

as if someone had a good laugh
at your expense and being truly
inspired by the thoughts and
thinking and the feelings
of another

and only for you to realize afterwards
as a retrospective
recant

of requisite refrain
a great poem indeed
