some mornings i speak of the day
to begin
as if it were morning
waking to the daylight
in the expectation
of ...
some mornings i just lay there
wondering where the day will lead
what roads yet to travel
where to go
what to wear
but never what to say
today may be different
something like a change
maybe this morning
i will wonder what to say
maybe this here

reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
