show her some love

Post by saw » November 11th, 2014, 8:45 am

another orgasmic sunrise
just for me
I am awake
I am alive
I am here at the pinnacle of harmony
here, at the apex of invention
the gateway to cloud rapture,
I'm here at the onset of majesty
the dawning of possibility

yet I could miss it all
if I decide the blanket feels too good
yanked high around my ears
couched here in the faint light
Get Up my friends !
no one escapes stress, but
put your soul in the best position
to escape the barbed wire
that can tangle 'round your neck sometimes

Greet the Sun Goddess !
tell her good morning
tell her thank you,
marvel that she has come to you
again and again despite man's assaults on her
despite his mindless greed
his obvious lack of affection
his carbon hatchets
thrown like a drunken circus performer

she has come again
faithfully,
every day of your life
time and again
unlike the paper boy
unlike the milkman
unlike your friends that owe you money,
she has come to you !
Show Her Some Love !

Get The Hell Up !
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Good thinking. I get up but I don't know where to go or what to do. *shrug* Here's to the sun to lead the way. Maybe I should follow the sun and go west?

love the energy and images you're putting out there!

"carbon hatchets"

and

"put your soul in the best position
to escape the barbed wire
that can tangle 'round your neck sometimes"

are faves. keep writing hard!
