smug elements of this 21st century beware !
i write day & night beyond the beginnings of the rain
i can see the track of the rabbit with the serious euphoria of
a submersible burned out house dingo packing world war one money in its pockets -

yes beware 21st century
you ain't shit to me
you or any of your dedicated cows under fire
or your vain chickens with pleasant brains far from home
you can send your worn old sentiments - your crippled signs
in wave after gigantic wave and i will turn their tsunami syllables
into birthday cake for my dogs -

i have seriously fucked-up stuff - nothin' but trouble -
you may want the spirit's return but you have forgotten
that on the cold mountain of birth
the memories sleep -

free speech or hate speech

you are on a watch list
for representing a public safety argument

after you have successfully been
re-introduced to society and relative norms

you will be released

you may be entitled to restitution
if you can prove your freedoms have been violated

the larger question with respect
to the challenge of free speech

is the argument as to whether
behaviour in in conflict with other rights and freedoms

and it is not to say
that words themselves don't constitute anything
but words

why do 'you' feel you are being compromised

it is more of a question of whether
you are representing

violence

and to question of all the things
you could represent

you think violent words themselves
don't constitute evidence

but it does constitute

that it won't be the words
that exist as to what is concerning

as much to say

i think you have better things to do
and better things to say

way beyond poetry mingo.....all hail mongolia!

what's the point

sentiments of free speech
expressed as the right to say violent things ?

it is not the words itself

it is why you are attracted to it
or what compels you

free speech or violence ?

unanswered question really !!!!

aesthetically
it would be overly interesting

but sometimes it would be a thoughtful
contemplation

but how would the reader think about it
or even to say respond ?

in the context of violent words

or dis-associate

for which you would be autistic

they don't really like relating to neuroypicals
