Rain falls
into our lives
like grace,
rinsing years
from folded hands
and damp prayers

Only folks who keep
secrets understand
they have been invited
to share in its serenity

do secrets breed serenity? I suppose if you are keeping secrets then someone shared them-- or are the secrets our own?

katydid:

Yes. But only when they remain secret. Once out, no.

Maybe. We probably have more personal secrets, than secrets between people, don't you think?

Thanks for looking here and asking.

"swish" is such a nice sounding word...almost a wish, but just that much more.
