I screwed up, such
a shame, said I'm sorry,
but no blame game, just a
couple of hours of shaking his head,
then I was totally forgiven instead
of a grudge. I haven't budged from
the room today, nothing else to say
but any man who forgives so quickly
is a saint in my book and I ain't lying to ya,
I may have died and gone to heaven.
I'm off to 7-11 to see if they sell halos.
