plugged into the crowd socket
the charge of some light brigade
thundering across the microcosmic
display of staccato hum
reverberating thruout mindlessness
of opinions gone both sweet and sour
tumultuously disregarding answers
for the electric glow of dim lit ego
fornicating with oppressive abandon
the sugar pills ingested for
cuteness read about in people magazine
sanity revealing itself only
high on the peaks of awareness
with no room for others to breathe
the freshness of stillness that
lies unprovoked in the skeletal closets
of undissolved madness
the streetlights display their prayer
for kindness enveloped by radical
harley spewing its deep throated roar
in the anchorless pit shunned by
self induced fear targeted at the
remains of once had innocence.
burger queen, dairy queen...
fatten up your subjects as well
as your profit margins
the health of a sick mind
convalescing under the expiring sun
of freedoms open rays.
be not to yourself that which
can strengthen the others output..

like the sound of eating cardboard at a mcdonalds on lone prarie night

this has a frantic pace that mirrors the dying days of capitalism appropriately so

so some of us it's sheer madness, for others they never catch a glimpse of something amiss

advertising sells more than products for consumption, it sells lifestyles that many believe they conceived of themselves

like the thunder and lightning of this piece....biblical, for lack of a better term

would read quite well at the open mike, i could barely catch my breath....
