Love Poem Ordinary and Extraordinaire

the inner adolescent
(the outer one has melted, dried, turned to crud)
still thinks in terms of purple clouds
east of the rich scarlet, pink, salmon, gold-yellow
of setting sun skies
each wisp of vapor tagged, memorized for a future sigh

I love you me darling I do
you
I'm on bended knee looking up at you
the air exhaled from your nostrils
fills the swell in the well of my lungs
I rise
and we dance the tip of our tongues
a little flicker that quickens our passion
I love how when I hold you
I feel the snap on your back of your bra strap
I take the tip of my nose and let it go
into your ear and then my lips taste your lobes
and how I dream of you my bride
all in white and lace
and like in the Game of Thrones
(or something like that)
you drop your gown in church
and never was there such a hush
as the rush of surprise and shock
like a surge of electricity
knocking the clock into shock
O Victoria, everyone knows your secrets
the mole near the left rib
three inches above the sweetest gluteus maximus
that I've ever kissed
O the bliss of your lips too
O the treat of your teats
O the unmentionable dance of pure Victorian love poems
all tunnels and trains
beaches, waves, peaches
O juice of life
O nectar
(I attended a lecture on nectar once)
let me fill you with my love
let me embrace your face with my hands
and twist a kiss
O how your golden hair tickles my nose
O
O
yes
O

enjoyable ride...especially fond of :

"you drop your gown in church
and never was there such a hush "......has multiple connotations to me

also liked :

"O Victoria, everyone knows your secrets
the mole near the left rib " ................also vivid, suggesting more than the obvious
