distant trains

Post by creativesoul » September 4th, 2015, 8:52 am

walking by the river with the spirits of many generations of canoe people-there is the roar of the freeway- and the trucks - an a small piece of lawn- where Portland has tried to implement a 'green city' with great public transportation and for blind painters- driving is no longer a n option...frisbee-- a sport illegal here - criminal leash law violations and a parking ticket to boot,
the sickness got sent all back to where it belongs- and the sadness left in ghost like images in the paintings- cleverly creating loves where they go-
but the trains howling like wolves-
i was 13, living in new orleans--i used to hear the trains there too-
some flew away in angel like colors.
the dog has these deep brown eyes- like an italian- he is so happy all the time- when i die i want to come back as one of my dogs---
mister has a best friend named Tuffy who is a blonde pomeraian. they get all groomed up and puffed up and strut the strand together.Tuffy insists on sharing what he feels.- to anyone that will listen,it was a friendship which began at turtle paw farm= and they got on famously, Maura, tuffy s mom- turned out to be a real friend-
while walking in the misty morning=the city lights are still reflecting colored lights on its surfaces- i come here hoping for change- and art school is the answer.....
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

there is so much going on here, but I do feel the continuity ...man, the Frisbee players in Portland must be like Odd Job in Goldfinger..ha.....restrictions, laws have always stemmed from the action of one inconsiderate asshole...often ruining a beautiful thing for so many ,a sad commentary on the Me Generation....I like the train-ride ride here ...

especially fond of, " the dog has these deep brown eyes...like an Italian "

Ain't seen you 'round in awhile - ya get missed ya know - and i see you've lost nothing when it comes to touch - your line "... when i die i want to come back as one of my dogs ... " cracked me up to hell & gone - love ya, Jana 8)

That's why
I come in here
Like a whisper
Or the hummingbirds blessings
On your ear drum
Like a heart beat
I'm invisible I think
Consumed with criminal thinking errors
Lately
I think way too much
About places I wear on my soul now
Cords of love to felisha in Nigeria
And her family
Somewhere a gong resounds
Smoke rises
Change in my pocket
Hidden cigarettes
In case I lose my mind
Oh that is the case? Insanity? Lunatic?
Hippie Indian biker chick
This book said to look into your own eyes for sixty seconds
And write about that
I dunno
I pray for all of us- the future generations-
Yet answered prayers
Look kind of funny
Sometimes
I wish for a world
Where we speak
Lately " groups" of people have been feeding the homeless-
Makes me happy
There is hope for us-

Sometimes
I wish for a world
Where we speak
I agree, yet ... sometimes i wish for a world that gives place for a holy & humble silence -
