i had not seen him
since he broke my back
or was getting off a plane from chile-
and needed him to have lunch with me so i could drive another hour
he called me when his daughter was strung out on herion
there is a match
tweaker in one room
smack attack in the other

'i said' you can only lead by example'
but i still had not seen him
! was afraid
in my mind he was powerful

but when we were toegther i was someone else
i mothered him- his kids- his mother-
she died
i lived
he is wearing an energy that is like a black tar spiderweb of bad energy-i have burnt quite a bit of sage cedar in here
drummed
funny
he is a coward
light is on but there is no one home
i said 'it is sad none of my husbands got what they wanted'
ot has been suggested they wanted the wrong things

my time was wasted
or i was
simple thing that
who is to say
what takes precedence
my love of you
or my not knowing
its all make believe
unless you are living it
to have missed one
knowing you have never known one
allows you to create the truth
you have been dreaming of

The shadows of thoughts from a time
I was sure that everything that meant anything
Was gone
But if I never saw the death in my eyes
Or laughing
About pain so cross wired
Faith has me walking towards a better life
Building on it
Sand castles and waves
Sunburned
Sandy and hungry
My heart like a. Cuckoo clock has a secret song it sings
The heart flies above any other obstacles
