This is the way it is
the day came & everything came with it
the day went & everything went with it
out there in the dark is the river
I cannot see it now as i could

Saw river
Mountain scene
River felt
Darkness
Was heard
Wetness absorbed
Thunder clapped
One hand
Remained

Death fell here
Sadness felt
He was an ass.
But he was family.

To boot today was slow
Work a bitch fight
Major bosses complimented
While minor bosses tore down.

Fucked up things come in threes
Well I count three
